Kent’s Update ~ January 2012

Hello Friends! 

“Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock."

~ Isaiah 26:4 

We hope you are doing well, counting your blessings and growing in your faith! Here’s a quick update on the Kent family. 

Last summer (2011) we began taking steps to pursue a new ministry assignment. We left the staff positions at Clearwater Community Church the end of June, and are interviewing and networking to discover where the Lord would have us serve.

 Like Abraham, we knew it was time to go, but God has not yet revealed where. We’ve been networking with friends across the country and seeking connections that will lead to where the Lord will take us. While this situation is a little scary, we have a peace from God that cannot be counterfeited. These days we are “walking by faith and not by sight.”

2 Cor. 5:7. 

We’re excited about where God is leading us and what our next chapter will look like. We believe God’s promises are true! Thank you for reading this and for praying for us! May God lead you and bless you in every way!
